Built on 30 years of history, the fourth-generation 6LY-CR is a smooth and robust inline 6-cylinder engine that produces impressive, clean performance.
Incorporating an advanced Denso common rail fuel injection system, the 6LY-CR offers excellent fuel economy and significantly less noise than previous generations, while high torque output throughout its operating range produces class-leading acceleration and responsive performance.
Its narrow, lightweight profile allows installation in the tightest engine rooms, making it the perfect solution for repowering as well as for new build vessels.
